Understand Behavior,

Know what users do without knowing who they are
Track events, analyze patterns, and discover what drives conversions - all from aggregated session data with only 5 stored fields.
Only 5 Fields. That's It.

Boosters & Blockers
Select your conversion events, and we'll show you which behaviors help and which hurt.
Conversion Boosters
Sessions with these events convert at a higher rate. Guide more sessions toward these experiences.

Conversion Blockers
Sessions with these events convert at a lower rate. Something about this experience is causing drop-off.

How This Helps
Boosters tell you what experiences to promoteβthese are working. Blockers tell you where to investigateβsomething is causing frustration. Both are calculated from session behavior, requiring only 10+ sessions to surface a pattern.

What You Can Do
Feature Adoption Tracking
See which features are being used and which are ignored. Track adoption over time after launches. Identify features that correlate with conversion.
Platform Optimization
Compare behavior across iOS, Android, and Web. Find platform-specific friction points. Prioritize development effort based on real usage patterns.
Friction Point Discovery
Use blockers to find events that hurt conversion. Investigate why these experiences cause sessions to drop off. Focus optimization on high-impact problems.
Version Rollout Analysis
Compare behavior across app versions. See if new releases improve or hurt engagement. Catch regressions before they affect too many sessions.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is behavior analysis in Respectlytics?
+
Behavior analysis shows you patterns in how sessions interact with your app - which events are common, how behavior varies by platform or region, and which events correlate with conversions. All without tracking individual users.
What data do you collect?
+
We store only 5 fields per event: event_name, session_id, timestamp, platform, and country. IP addresses are used only to derive country, then immediately discarded. No device IDs, no advertising identifiers, no fingerprinting.
How do boosters and blockers work?
+
We analyze all sessions to find events that correlate with conversion. "Boosters" are events where sessions that include them convert at a higher rate. "Blockers" are events where sessions convert at a lower rate. This helps you know what to promote and what to investigate.
Can I see behavior by platform?
+
Yes. The Segments tab lets you compare behavior across platforms (iOS, Android, Web), countries, app versions, and more. See which platforms have higher engagement or conversion rates.
Is this based on users or sessions?
+
All analysis is session-based. We don't track individual users across sessions. Each session is analyzed independently with 2-hour rotation. This means we can't show you "returning user" metrics, but it significantly reduces privacy risk compared to traditional user-based analytics.
What's the difference from Conversion Analysis?
+
Behavior Analysis is the tab where you see boosters/blockers after selecting conversion events. Conversion Analysis is the automatic discovery feature that shows lift scores, top paths, and time to conversion. Both help you understand what drives conversions.
