Which AI assistants work with it?
Any assistant that connects to a remote MCP server with a key, among them Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, VS Code (Copilot), OpenCode, Gemini CLI, Pi, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, Grok Build, Windsurf, Cline, Goose, GitHub Copilot CLI and Zed. The setup guide has the line or file for each.
Can it change or delete anything?
No. A key for an AI assistant only reads: it cannot send events, change a setting, export or delete. You end a key with one click on your account's AI assistants page.
What does the assistant see?
Totals over days: counts of events and sessions, funnels, paths, segments and last week's findings. Never a single event, a session ID or the time of one event, and any group of fewer than three sessions is folded into the rest.
Does my conversation reach Respectlytics?
No. Only what your assistant asks Respectlytics for arrives: which figures, for which app and dates. What you write to your assistant stays between you and its provider.
